• Take Highway no. 105 from Tak province’s Mae Sot district or Highway no. 108 from Chiang Mai’s Hot district to arrive Mae Sariang.
• Take Highway no. 108 from Mae Hong Son’s provincial seat to arrive Mae Sariang.

1) Direct buses to Mae Hong Son’s Mae Sariang district are available daily from Bangkok’s Mo Chit Bus Terminal.

1) Prempracha Transport Co., Ltd also provides vans from Chiang Mai’s provincial seat to Mae Sariang and vice versa. A three-day advance booking is compulsory.

2) Other vans are available from Chiang Mai’s provincial seat at Ou-pa-Kut temple, leaving at 2 p.m. daily. Vans from Mae Sariang to Chiang Mai are also organised on a daily basis by the same company, leaving Mae Sariang at 07.30 a.m.

Travellers are recommended to fly to Chiang Mai, then either take a bus or a van suggested above or hire a private van with a driver.
